These are the rules for the Night World. Not that they have to be followed.
"The Night World isn't a place. It's all around us. The creatures of the Night World are beautiful and deadly and irresistible to humans. Your best friend could be one-so could your crush.
The laws of Night World are very clear: humans must never learn that the Night World exists. And members of Night World must never fall in love with a human. Violate the laws and the consequences are terrifying."

You have the opportunity here to have soulmates, to find those for you and only you. You have the opportunity to pick your side and your circle. You will Role Play in your Circle, unless you want your character to visit the other ones.
Characters who belong to each circle do NOT have to only Role Play in these cities. They can, of course, visit the other Circles, communicate with them, and even switch circles. Due to being able to have more then 1 character, you may have different characters in different circles. Thus making it easier to communicate with everybody.
For simplicity:
Circle Daybreak is located in Las Vegas, United States
Circle Twilight is located in Chicago, United States
Circle Midnight is located in New York, United States
